2021 Robert Sherman Award Presented to ARKAI
Presented on WQXR's Young Artists Showcase program, ARKAI was named recipient of the 2021 Robert Sherman Music Education and Community Outreach Award, an annual award given to a current student or recent graduate from Juilliard’s Music Division who has shown significant leadership in arts education and/or community outreach.

ARKAI PREMIERE AT MOCA GRAND REOPNING
The Museum of Chinese in America (MOCA) commissioned ARKAI to write a new piece of music for their grand reopening in July 2021, coinciding with their new exhibit "Responses: Asian American Voices Resisting the Tides of Racism".
